He was predeceased by: his parents, Thillainather and Kanagamma; his parents-in-law, Sivaprakasam and Thaiyalnayaki; his sibling Chelvarajah; and his siblings-in-law, Satchithanantham and Yamunadevi.
He is survived by: his spouse Sridevi; his child Jayanthan; his child-in-law Sutha; his grandchildren, Sujaatha and Jebesh; his siblings, Prema, Saraswathydevi, Kamaladevi, Sundararajah, Vivekanandarajah, Sr and Parasakthi; and his siblings-in-law, Nithiyanantham, Sivanantham and Pushpadevi.
