She was predeceased by: her parent Fred Short. She is survived by: her parent Hattie Short (Smack); her husband John Collins; her brothers, Jewett Short (Cathy) of Middletown, DE, Tyrone McCray (Judy) of Frankford, DE and Cortez McCray (Carolyn) of Philadelphia, PA; and her godchildren, Anjolene Smack Whaley, Jeanette Parker and Kyron Henry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
