He was predeceased by: his parent Pamela. He is survived by: his spouse Maria; his children, Audrey and Lesley; his children-in-law, Matthew and Blake; his grandchildren, Quinn and Anouk; his parent Cecil; his stepparent Patricia; and his siblings, Stephen, Richard and Sallyann.
