“G’day Lelean family, My name is Peter Kobzan, I worked with Charlie at the Manning River County Council from 1973 to 1981. I just read about his passing. I have many fond memories of working with him, he was always fun but very professional and was always kind and respectable. I remember coming over to your house for dinner one evening to do a slide show of my trip to Europe. I am sure it was very boring but you all put up with my early days of terrible photography.
