He was predeceased by : his wife Rhonda. He is survived by : his children, Simon, Tracy, Jay, Matt and Ashleigh; his brother Nick; his sister-in-law Christine; his nephews, Adam and Luke; and his niece Kellie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
