It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Dawn Polak (Taree, New South Wales), who passed away on March 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Doug; her children, Brad and Bronwen; her child-in-law Geoff; her grandchildren, Abbie, Erin, Rebecca, Sarah, Jade, Bree and Drew; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Lucas and Alexis. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
