He is survived by: his parents, David Howard and Rebecca Howard of Hervey Bay, Australia.; his sister Kate; his brother-in-law Owen McGrath of Sydney; his aunts and uncles, Steve (Carol Howard), John (Andrea Conlee), Maryleen (Rick Johnson), Gail (Paul Casey) and Lauretta Ostrander; his cousins, Jennifer Bankey, Christina Healey, Danielle Clark, Bill Conlee, Jeff Conlee, Darya Johnson, Kevin Casey and Erin Casey Pellegrino; and his nieces and nephews, Cillian, Aidan and Keavy McGrath.
