He was predeceased by : his siblings, Shirley, Boyd, Weir, Audrey, Eric, Henry, Ray and Kevin.
He is survived by : his wife Lynne; his children, Susan (Kevin), Shawna (Samuel), Roxene, Megan (Andrew), Nicole (Miles), Kylie and Michael; his grandchildren, Samuel Jnr, Kaela, Julie, Lachie, Matthew Clark, Elliott, Jordana, Andrew, Matthew Elliott, Steven, Joshua, Lara, Haley, Erin, Cohen, Austen, Bronte and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Harlee and Tyler; and his siblings, Val, Lol, Pat and Delys.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the numbers in attendance will be restricted to 100.
