He was predeceased by : his siblings, John, Louise and Geoffrey. He is survived by : his wife Lynette Milton; his children, Carol (Paul Surmon) and Ian (Holly Milton); his great grandchildren, Luke, Georgia, Taj, Lexie, Nixon and Cohen; and his brother Gerald.

“Sorry to hear of the passing of don. When my wife and I first came to bundaberg to live,it was hard to get a job,but I ran into don and Lynn one day and they kindly gave me work which helped us to get a start.they always treated me well. You never forget kind people,and don and Lynn were just that. Rest in peace don,and thank you Noel and ade cameron”
