Barry James Carlyon Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barry James Carlyon of Charters Towers, Queensland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Barry James farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Barry James is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt and Betty; and his nieces and nephews, Paul and Chris. He is survived by: his siblings, Graham (Lyn), Kay (Mervyn) and Robyn; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Megan, Matthew and Robert.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mundubbera Lawn Cemetery.
