Washington, Tylar Maxey (Chris) of Tampa, Wade Perry of Morehead, Hunter, Maddison Lemaster and Caroline Perry of Morehead, Kentucky.; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Sawyer Wells of Osceola, Brynlee Wells of Daleville, Myles Walburn of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, Shih Tzu and Cash; and her caregiver Wendy Knight.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Globe Funeral Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
