“I'm not sure if anyone will read this, but Mary was my year 4 teacher, in 2004 at St Brigid's Evanston. I have never known a more patient, warm, loving, teacher. She went out of her way to help me in every aspect of my schooling, and as an autistic person I am grateful to have been shown what true, child focused education was meant to be. I am now 25 and still think of her often, and I know that my experience as her student is not isolated, she was loved and adored by all that crossed her path.”
