We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to David Ian Bulmer of Lakes Entrance, Victoria. Family and friends can light a candle as a loving gesture for their loved one. The Bulmer family would like that in lieu of flowers people should consider a donation to Ambulance Victoria, directed to the Adult Retrieval Victoria Unit or the Alfred Hospital.
