He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephenson and Elvie Stephenson; and his wife June. He is survived by: his sister Joy Scott; and his daughters, Susan, Lynette and Rhonda. He is also survived by grandfather to his twelve grandchildren and seventeen and a half great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bairnsdale Lawn Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Bairnsdale Uniting Church (9 Lanes Rd, Lucknow VIC 3875, Australia).
