He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Janice; his children, Sophie, Grace and Matthew; his parent Shirley; his brother Steve; his mother-in-law Deirdre; and his siblings-in-law, Richard, Sally, Julie and Damaris. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
