It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrian Burton (Joondalup, Western Australia), who passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Adrian is survived by: significant other Fay; children, Nola (John), Janice (John) and Geoff (Murray); and grandchildren, Kylee, Carmen, Joanne, Paul and Sam.
