John MacKay Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2020, at the age of 91, John MacKay in Fruitvale, British Columbia, born in Montréal, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Agret Albert and Florence Marie Mackay (Bruneau); his wife Nancy Weaver; his children, Jane (Andrew) and Duncan (Tracey); his grandchildren, Michael, Ian, Kieran, Annika, Charlie, Chelsea, Darin and Brent; his son Ian; his brother Robin; and his pets, Happy, Nell, Beaver, Boomer, Cindy, Ginger and Dinah. He was also cherished by 7 Great Grandchildren, extended family and countless friends.
Mindful of safety and COVID protocols at this time, a small family service will be held (and recorded) to celebrate Mac's life.
