She is survived by: her daughters, Erika Grace of Kaslo and Sofia Isabel of Vancouver; her husband Vladimir Cizek of Prague; her parents, Janice Butler of Ottawa and Chris D'Arcy of Castlegar; and her brother Michael D'Arcy of Halifax. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rebecca's memory to St. Mark's Anglican Church in Kaslo.
