He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Marlene; and his children, Kimberley (Chuck Lafortune), Kevi (Gary Schneider) and Spencer (Kate Remple). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 8 sisters, and one brother.
