She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowland Stanley and Catharine Stanley; her siblings, Ray, Wilf and Winifred; her nieces, Elaine and Heather; and her great grandchild Issac.

She is survived by: her husband Tudor John Rutherglen; her children, Bob (Linda), Elaine (Bob), Dulcie (Dave) and Anne (Mike); her grandchildren, Melanie, Carley, Brittany, Jamie, Holly, Adam and Robert; her great grandchildren, Robert, Kayla, Ashlynn, Brooke, Robbie and Jasmine; her great great grandchild Ellie; and her sister-in-law Pauline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
