She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her children, Kenneth and Karen; her granddaughter Jennifer; and her brothers, Bernard and Bruce.
She is survived by: her children, Dwain (Diane) of Castlegar, Brenda Chernoff (Cyril) of Nelson, Darrell (Coreen) of Nelson, Mel (Nancy) of Spokane, Alanna Kazakoff (Jack) of Nobleford and Alberta; and her siblings, Charlene, Lois and Brian.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (222 Richards St W, Nelson, BC V1L3J9). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at the Nelson Memorial Park Cemetery (2300 Falls St, Nelson, BC V1L1K4).
