He was predeceased by: his parents, Erle Halliwell and Thelma Halliwell of Nelson. He is survived by: his brothers, Ross Halliwell of Cranbrook, BC and Don Halliwell of Gravelbourg, SK; his children, Celeste Halliwell and Richard Halliwell (Pam) of Alberta; his grandchildren, Kevin Chilton (Amanda), Zachery, Bradley and Meg'n Halliwell; and his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Gracie and Brinkley Chilton of Alberta.
