He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Unrau and Justina Unrau; his siblings, Ernest, Leonard, Wesley, Clive and Dorothy; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Walde and Margaret Unrau.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his daughters, Melanie Christine and Sharlene Renée; his grandchildren, Melanie (Dwayne) and Fredrickson; his sister Almeda Rodgers (John); and his sister-in-law Helen Unrau of MacGregor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Austin Hall (44 2 Ave, Austin, MB R0H0C0).
In memory of Claude, a charitable donation may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
