He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Scarrow and Muriel Scarrow; and his stepdaughter Laurie Long. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his siblings, Wayne Scarrow (Barb), Kim Gero (Wally) and Ross Scarrow (Michelle); his sons, Jim Scarrow (Laura) and Roy Scarrow; and his stepdaughter Bonnie Tanton (Gary). He is also survived by one niece, five nephews, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
