She was predeceased by: her parents, Camille B. Poitras and Germaine Poitras (Tardif); her husband Gérald Michaud; her children, Linda and Mario; her sister Pierrette Poitras; and her brother-in-law Yvon Basque.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Michaud (Daniel) and Joey Michaud (Sylvie) of Grand Falls; her grandchildren, Bianca Michaud (Pat McLaughlin), Miguelle Roy (Daniel), Nicolas Michaud (Allison Warren), Marco Michaud and Dominic Michaud (Mandy Bourgoin); her great grandchildren, Liam and Remi (Gilles Guay) of Grand Falls; and her siblings, Claudette (Adrien Cyr) of Saint-André, Rina (Lucien Rossignol) of Grand Falls, Anne-Marie (late Yvon Basque) of Tracadie, Rachel Poitras of Grand Falls and Jean-Eudes Poitras (Dianne Michaud) of Saint-André. She is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the O'Regan's Funeral Home (515 Everard H Daigle Boul, Grand-Sault, NB E3Z 2R5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Assumption Roman Catholic Church.
