She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tardif and Leanne Tardif (Levesque); her son Daniel Cyr; her stepson Robert LaPointe; and her sister Rachel Thibodeau (late Eugene).

She is survived by: her husband Roy LaPointe; her children, Nathalie Cyr of Saint-Leonard, Ghislain Cyr of Dartmouth, NS and Dawn Tardif of Moncton; her stepdaughter Dianne LaPointe of Kingston; and her siblings, Roger Tardif (late Pamela) of Notre-Dame, Philippe Tardif of Saint-Leonard and Tina Tardif of Saint-Quentin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three step grandchildren.
