He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred E. Bourgoin and Rosanne Bourgoin (Morin); his wife Viola Kirouac; his grandson Rudy Lee Bourgoin; and his sister Emilia (late Philippe O. Côté).
He is survived by : his close friend Eglantine Martin; and his siblings, Paul (Edwina), Alphonse (Marie-Mai), Venette (Gérard Michaud), Mariette, Adrienne (Euclide Moreau) of Massachusetts and Thérèse (late Roland Sirois) of Grand Falls. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
