He was predeceased by: his parent Jean-Baptiste Tremblay; his sons, Rene and Jacques; and his siblings, Raoul, Fernand and Madeleine Tremblay.
He is survived by: his parent Albertine Tremblay (Pelletier); his children, Marcel of Grand Falls, Sonia (Guy Gervais) of Saint-Andre, Jean-Francois (Lise Brochu) of Montreal, Bertin (Sylvie Cyr) of Grand Falls, Gilles (Lea Castonguay) of Saint-Andre, Sylvie (Roger Laforest) of Saint-Andre, Regis (Carole Cyr) of Grand Falls and Monette (Jean-Paul Ouellette) of Drummond; and his siblings, Pierrette Drapeau of Bromont, Quebec Beaulieu, Gertrude Beaulieu of Quebec City and Real (Rejeanne) of St-Jean. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
