Gilles touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Gilles’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his father Aimé LeBlanc. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Poitras; his daughters, Daphnée and Anabelle; and his siblings, Nicole (Michel "Rocky" Ouellette) of Grand Falls and Mike LeBlanc (Danielle) of St-Quentin. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins' nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the O'Regan's Funeral Home (515 Everard H Daigle Boul, Grand-Sault, NB E3Z 2R5). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St-Michel Roman Cathloic Church (1369 Chem. Tobique, Drummond, NB E3Y2P4).
