We bid farewell to Ginette Parent of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 4, 2026. Ginette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fidèle Lavoie and Ida Lavoie (Lavoie); and her siblings, Fernand Lavoie, Lucille Barriault, Mireille Lavoie, Aimé Lavoie, Rino Lavoie and Guy Lavoie (Ida Rossignol).

She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her children, Joey (Chantal Talbot) of Rimouski and Annie Parent (Charles Theriault) of Grand Falls; her grandchildren, Lucie, Kamille, Félix, Ellie Thériault, Vincent, Justine and Maxime Parent; her brother Réjean of Ottawa; and her half-siblings, Pierrette of Val, Georges of Grand Falls, Michel of Sherbrooke, Delvina of Montigny and France. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
