He is survived by: his significant other Mariette Lagacé; his sons, René (Josée Savoie), Michel (Karine) of Gatineau and Marc-André of Edmundston; his grandchildren, Liam, Emma, Sébastien, Marie-Ève and Emrik; his great grandchild Élie-Rose; and his sisters, Louise Jones Hanson of Moncton, Anne Langlois (Charles) of Kemptville, ON, Beth Harris of Fredericton and Anna Jimmo Dixon of British Columbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
