Mildred Rivard Obituary

We announce the death of Mildred Rivard of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 27, 2026. Mildred will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Laurent and Irène Cyr (Desjardins); her husband Jean Rivard; her son Bernard; her grandson Gilles; her son-in-law Réginald; and her siblings, Doreen Caron, Yvette Desjardins and Melvin Cyr.

She is survived by: her children, Roch (Lise Page) of Fredericton, Maurice (Jacqueline Roberge) of Drummond, Monique (Bert Laforge) of Grand Falls, Carole of Grand Falls and Hélène (Richard Keeley) of Grand Falls; her siblings, Aline Maurais (late Jean-Paul), Alyre Cyr (Margot), Ronald Cyr (Lorraine) and Euclide Cyr (Cécile); and her brother-in-law Réal Caron (late Doreen). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
