She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Poitras and Léona Poitras (Kearney); and her siblings, Jeanne Violette, Blanche Bourgoin, Pauline Mongrain, Omérine Boivin, Irène Cyr, Jeannette Perron, Albina Langlais, Doris Chevrette, Rose-Alma Violette, Odile Phillips, Emile, Germain, Aurèle and Gabriel Poitras.

She is survived by: her husband Aimé Martin; her daughter Lucie Martin of Grand Falls; her grandchildren, Nicholas Roach (Sylvie Michaud Roach) and Stéphanie Roach (Richard Braymore); and her great grandchild Daphnée Roach Braymore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
