She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bartlett and Lillian Bartlett (Fawcett); her son Rick Virtue of Knightville; her husband Bennie Virtue; her children, Bennie Jr., Ian, Mary-Ellen Virtue and Brenda Skoglund; and her siblings, Gerald Bartlett and Linda Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Virtue (Iva) of Saint John, Patricia Virtue of Sundry, AB and Mary-Ann Kowalchuk (Frankie) of Edmonton, AB; her grandchildren, Michael Virtue, Jonathan Virtue, Dee-Anna Virtue, Amanda Smyth, Kristen Kowalchuk, Zack Kowalchuk and Andrew Loughery; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Mikeala, Addison, Lily, Quinn and Mia.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8).
