He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allan, Helen Nixon, Russell and Margaret Dobson. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Nixon and Sheila Nixon (Dobson); his children, Allan Nixon (Bailey McFadden) of Fredericton, NB, Emily Nixon (Matthew Daley) of Penobsquis, NB, Margaret Nixon (MacKenzie Hayes) of Fredericton, NB and Julia Nixon of Penobsquis, NB; his siblings, Steve Nixon of New Maryland, NB, Tracey Nixon (Richard Steeves) of Lethbridge, AB and Jill Nixon of Howe Island, ON.; and his aunt Phyllis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8).
