He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howe and Margaret Howe (McMurphy); his wife Amanda (Robichaud); and his brothers, Douglas, Gerald and Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Vienneau (Marc) of Fredericton, NB, Lynn Howe of Saint John, NB and Monique Howe (John) of Sussex; his grandchildren, Sean, Erik, Bradley, Ben, Anna and Lindsay; and his great grandchild Reginald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
