It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Austin Edward Gallant of Sussex, New Brunswick, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gallant and Laura Gallant (Doiron); his wife Shirley; his siblings, Joseph, James, Walter, Katherine and Yvonne; and his niece Diane Derrisseau.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Peter Erb of Sussex, NB and Dianne Erb (Dan) of Saskatchewan; his stepgrandchildren, Chris and Kirsten; and his brother Lester Gallant (Barb) of Sussex, NB.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
