She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Mitton and Mildred Mitton (Burns); and her siblings, Cecil, Earle, Verda Fanjoy, Murray, Eileen Cole, Jackie Armstrong, Douglas, Walter, Vernon, Bob and Margaret Bruce.
She is survived by: her husband Raleigh; her children, Shelley Vail (Moe) of Berwick, Stacy Adair (Barry) of Crawford Lake, Shannon of Belleville, ON and David (Justine) of Head; and her grandchildren, Lauren (Ben), Amy, Ashley Vail, Colton, Paige Adair and Jaxon Myers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Penobsquis Baptist Church (27 Church Loop Rd, Penobsquis, NB E4G2A1).
