It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Wetmore (Sussex, New Brunswick), who passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Fred departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Fred. Though Fred may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his wife Irene (Paget); his parents, Huston Wetmore and Agnes Wetmore (Owens); his grandparents, Dan and Alberta Owens; and his brother Blair.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lou Fitzgerald (George) of Quispamsis and Hugh Wetmore (Fran) of Yellowknife; and his sister-in-law Marie Wetmore. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
