She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Paisley and Mary Paisley (McKnight); her former life partner Ernie Vail; her brothers, Bill Paisley and Arnold Paisley; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Johnston, Fred Vail and George Jordan.

She is survived by : her husband Larry Chatson; her daughter Datha Leavitt (Jeff) of New Town, NB; her grandsons, Daniel Leavitt (Jessica) and Bradley Leavitt (Shay); her great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Malachi, Landon and Alexander; her sisters, Anne Johnston, Helena Kinney (Harold) and Patricia Jordan; and her sisters-in-law, Rayma Paisley and Rosalie Paisley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
