He is survived by: his wife Rose-Anne of Sussex; his children, Sinead Budgell (Coby) of Erin, ON and Siobhan Carney-Luff (Daniel) of Mississauga, ON; his grandson Callum Luff; his brothers, Tom Carney (Sandy) of Guildford and John Carney of Pinner, England; and his sisters-in-law, Jacquie Thompson of Brandon, MB and Juliette Popplestone (Ron) of Rocky Lake, MB.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
