She was predeceased by : her father Richard Fudge; and her grandparents, Burton and Mae Fudge. She is survived by : her significant other Ryan Campbell; her mother Valerie Spence; her children, Hailey, Layne, Aiden, Cohen and Autumn; her brothers, Kirk (Jenn), Mike (Mindy) and Ricky (Mel); and her grandparents, Blossom Spence and Roger Buotte.
