He is survived by: his wife Marion Otis (Booth); his sons, John Otis, Gordon Otis and Thomas Otis (Lisa); his grandson Jackson; his siblings, Ernest Otis (Sally), Ethel Gailey and Marie Henderson; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Ruby.
