She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Loughery and Faith Loughery (Killam); her son Neil Friars; and her siblings-in-law, Hans Boel and Gale Loughery.

She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Nicole) of Saskatchewan and Joshua (Cait) of Sussex; her siblings, Lynette Loughery (Mario Gagnon), Heather Boel, David Loughery, Billy Loughery (Wanda) and Tom Loughery (Bonnie); and her grandchildren, Jade, Blake, Kamryn (Mac) and Skylar.
