He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Halpin; his grandparents, Evelyn, Bill Dugay, Gordon Halpin, Joan and Joe Haggarty; his cousin Gregory Halpin; and his uncle Robbie Halpin.
He is survived by: his mother Pamela Dugay (Frank Logan) of Bloomfield, NB; his wife Samantha Halpin (Dixon) of Wards Creek, NB; his stepson Hayden Dixon (Hailey) of Sussex Corner, NB; his siblings, Katelyn Bradshaw (Kyle) of Collina, NB and Stephen Halpin (Chelsea) of Saint John, NB; his father-in-law Don Dixon; his sister-in-law Kayla Montminy (Nick) of Ottawa, ON; his aunts and uncles, Mike Dugay (Mary), Eddie Dugay (Dawn), Billy Dugay (Kelly), Peter Halpin, Robert Hodgson (Gabbie), Kathie Remington (Lew), Jacqueline Halpin and Angie Haggarty; and his nieces, Skyla and Addison.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wallace Community Chapel (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (114 Church Ave, Sussex, NB E4E1Z1).
