She was predeceased by : her husbands, Eliol Harris and Ernest Bailey; her parents, Edith and Lorenzo Francis; her siblings, Wilson, Freeman, Clyde and Bride; her brother-in-law Basil Belbin; and her sister Helen Ash.
She is survived by : her brother Wallace (Evelyn) of Ontario; and her sisters-in-law, Alma of Ontario and Ruby Bauline. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid 19 there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Pentecostal Cemetery Fund New Chelsea.
