With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hayward Ray Francis of New Chelsea, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 23, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorenzo and Edith; and his siblings, Bride Belbin (Basil), Blanche Bailey (Ernest), Wilson, Freeman (Rita) and Clyde.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn (Bette); his daughter Catherine; his grandson Mark; his siblings, Wallace (Evelyn) and Helen Ash; and his sisters-in-law, Alma and Ruby.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions funeral service will be by invitation only.
