He is survived by: his wife Margaret Duncan; his sons, Albert Jr. (Judy), Adam and David; and his stepson Terrance Tisdale (Jean).
He supported the organ donation campaigns and, as a member of the Canadian Auto Workers, (now Unifor) he was a workplace health and safety activist, particularly for armored car workers.
