She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brocklebank and Lillian Brocklebank. She is survived by: her brothers, George Brocklebank (Carol) and Robert Brocklebank; her nephew Christopher; her niece Mayu; her great-niece Sarah; and her great-nephew Micha.

Friends may visit the family from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15th at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Ave. Carleton Place In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Berta may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
