He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cullen and Helen Cullen; and his siblings, Cherie Beaupre (late Percy), Bob Cullen (late Illa), Helene Lamb, Gerry Cullen (Gert) and Terry Cullen.

He is survived by: his siblings, Norma MacPhail (Mac), Kaye Malone, Audrey Bissonette (Wayne) and Beverly Burchill (Renny); his children, Sharon Cullen-Ayer, Cindy Cullen (Brian), Steve Cullen, Mark Cullen, Todd Cullen (Sandra) and Brad Cullen (Audrey); his friend Dorothy Munro; and also, Anthony and Allison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
